Mobile Credits – We control the updates. Any updates that the Royal Mail carry out on the postcode database will be available through the software, ensuring that your searches will always have the most up to date information available. We update the data on a regular basis.
Desktop License – Updates for PostcodeSoftware are available quarterly. Any updates that the Royal Mail carry out on the postcode database will be available through the software, ensuring that your searches will always have the most up to date information available.
YES – PostcodeSoftware can be integrated with other software applications.

YES – By default the software outputs the address in Royal Mail standard address format. However, this can be altered by selecting tools at the top in the software and clicking on options. Here you can alter the format in which your address is formatted.
YES – By hitting the F1 key, or selecting help/contents, the help files will appear and will provide you with information and tips regarding the use of the software.
If you need to move the software to another device or reinstall it, you will need to ‘De-Activate’ the software.
If you cannot access the postcode software application, you will need to contact the help desk for a manual re-activation.
YES – The software can be installed over terminal services. We require a minimum order of 10 licenses for this facility. For more information on this, feel free to contact us.
YES – If you click on the search tab in the software, you can search on town, locality and part of the postcode. This will pull through possible addresses at street level which you can scroll through to find the correct one.

If your address is showing incorrectly or not at all you can report this to the Royal Mail by emailing them using the address below.
